Highly recommend this scale for anyone who is looking for more insights beyond just their physical weight to help maintain their appearance. The scale is easy to set up and the app provides insights that are easy to understand. For the price I don't think you can beat this as an option. I'm sure there are more intense options out there, but I would venture to guess that this scale is probably the best bet for 90% of people.
