This is my first robot lawn mower and I must say, it does a better job that I ever did. Very impressed.
This lawn mower has exceeded our expectations. It works! The setup is simple, it’s low maintenance and it cuts the grass evenly and thoroughly. The interface is easy to control and understand. It handles the tall fescue grass in our 5,000+ sq ft yard with all its inclines and curves very well. I can’t say anything negative about this mower.
I waited to purchase this Eufy until it could benefit from software updates; purchased it in early November, replacing my 6-year old WORX perimeter-wired robot-mower; I put the Eufy to work, immediately, mapping our three-zone yard. The mapping process took place over a good couple of days and I struggled a bit trying to figure out how to keep the mower from venturing into both next door neighbors' lawns -- used both my body and map program perimeter border markings, but eventually created a perfect map, with the robot's AI. The app was easy to load and, for the most part, to understand and the mowing experience was flawless. I especially appreciated being able to see where the mower was at all times in the app The mowing patterns looked perfect, although with the grass growing season virtually over for the year, the mowing pattern and cutting efficiency were harder to evaluate than they will be next Spring. The mower appears to have had no difficulty navigating the yard, the obstacles in the yard (trees, planting beds, bare spots, divets, stone borders, etc.) and dealing with the gentle slope; and it found and docked successfully in its re-charging station successfully every time. I have not yet used the app feature which allows you to view through the mower's front camera, but look forward to trying it, after the winter rest! I do think Eufy should provide or link to one video of decent length which explains the depicts the entire process of: (1) setting up the garage; (2) going through, in detail, the mapping process, explaining the creation of boundaries and zones in the mapping program; (3) controlling the mower through the cutting process; and (4) going through the routine maintenance process (cleaning, changing cutting blades, etc.)However, this Eufy far exceeds my already high expectations (having read other users' reviews) -- well worth the $1300 price I paid and so far better than the old perimeter-wired robo-mower regime. Kudos to the manufacturing and technical teams.

Works great. App is awesome. I have a large lawn 30’x50’ and it uses less than 1/3 the battery. It allows me to mow 2x if I want. The tracking feature on the map is awesome as well as the live video feed. I have a lumpy and bumpy lawn and it navigates it with ease. Works way better than I imagined. Highly recommended.
