Nice powerful suction and washing. Easy to set up map and routine. I run it about twice per week and my floors are clean, and smell pleasantly too. No technical issues.
In some areas of my house I feel it does a better job than I do but there’s a decent amount of maintenance to this & if you want your house clean you need to move things so it’s not as great as you think. The performance of the machine is good and I’ve had a few issues and the manufacturer is wonderful to deal with.
Very surprised with this purchase as once you get the mapping set up and schedules then it is as easy as pie.So far working very well not sure of other reviewers as to how they set this up but I had to do the mapping two times without water etc. then put water and solution in and it worked fine and has been running schedules for two weeks and so far it is doing what I set it up to do.......follows the mapping to the rooms and vacuums and washes as needed.Happy with purchase....hope it continues to perform that way.
Coming back to write a review after using this for a couple months. I previously had a top of the line roomba and the quality of Eufy is FAR superior. It’s simple to set up, the app works well and the mapping is fast and simple. I have two kids and this thing easily cleans sticky messes like apple sauce and melted popsicle. Keeping up with routine maintenance is key!
My Korean mom is in love with this, so you know it's good.
