I regained my ability to sleep and rest because of this product.i was burnt out, struggling to sleep. I couldn't find calm - every noise made me jump. The A30 was an immediate solution to allow me to regain control of my sleep and reduce burn out. The noise cancelling is able to reduce both instantaneous (dog barking) and constant (highway) sounds. Battery life for the ear buds is good for 2 nights without recharging. The case extends that to 5 nights. Heavily dependent on settings - Bluetooth will drain faster as well as keeping the sound/music playing. I recommend you run the product in local mode and sounds turn off when sleep is detected. You can keep the noise cancelling on all night without any major debit. If you're worried about spending the money and the product quality, I had the same concern. Unfortunately I did have one of the earbuds start to lose sound quality after 5 months of use every night. 1 email to soundcore and a new replacement unit was on its way.
Overall very happy with these. They took some getting used to as a side sleeper I'm not used to sleeping with earbuds in. The noise cancelling is mid but their white noise customizer in the app is awesome and I created my own noise that helps me fall asleep and blocks out noise. The "local mode" is my favourite, you can download a noise from the app onto the earbuds so you don't have to stream everything from bluetooth which ups the battery life significantly. You can also set alarms.
I have very severe sleep issues. I've tried countless other sleep headphones, sleep headbands, earplugs... you name it, I've bought it. The first night I used these, I slept like a log.At that point, I was exhausted so it may have been a fluke, but I've now been using them for almost 3 months and am generally sleeping better. My only issue is that sometimes they fall out of my ears at night. They do come with multiple ear tips so I may just need to change them.I appreciate the snore masking feature. I like the local mode to save my battery at night. They are overall very comfortable to wear. The app is fine, but I prefer a different sleep app, so I hit start sleep on the app to get a sleep report and then switch to my other app for sound. The great part is that once I'm asleep, the Anker app clicks in and goes to local mode for sound. That's great!Overall, these are a bit more expensive than other sleep headphones, but my sleep is worth the cost. I'll absolutely buy another set if these stop working after the warranty runs out.
Great active noise cancellation. I fall asleep to the sound of waves.
Despite the fact that you can't keep ANC on during the entire night of sleep due to a not so great battery autonomy, these earbuds saved my sleep! I can't skip a single night without them. Will definitely get a newer version of these if available in the future.
