I’ve had the C28 for a few days now and so far I’m pretty happy with it. I was mainly looking for something that needed less maintenance than my previous robot vacuum, and this one definitely helps.The best part is that it can empty the dust bin and wash itself automatically, so I don’t have to mess with it every day. I also like the roller mop design. Since it keeps using clean water while cleaning, the floor feels cleaner compared to the robots I’ve used before.The app was easy to set up and navigation has been good so far. It picked up dust, cat hair, and the random stuff that ends up on my floor without any issues.Still early, but after a few days of use I’m impressed and glad I gave it a try.

Bought this model for my sister and she has loved her! Would highly recommend.
10 out of 5 stars! I am OBSESSED with this! Worth every penny! The only time it’s loud is when is emptying out into the home base. You can set it to clean whenever. It maps the whole house and shows you what was cleaned. It’s literally like having a maid to clean your floors! And I haven’t seen any mess left behind! My brand new tineco is TRASH compared to this wonderful machine! I’ve found my new brand!
