my uncle just ask for this link it's pretty good product the battery is about 4-5months if charge as 100%. Ring \ locker/ Camera all included ez
We like it so far. Will leave review in couple weeks.
It works well and the video and audio are very decent. Rough weather does not affect the performance, and we’ve had it for a year through a snow/ice storm and broiling 100+ degree summer with direct exposure. We’ve never used the fingerprint aspect, so I can’t attest to that. The door code recognition is a bit slow. You really have to wait for the blue light and beep to sound before even trying the doorknob otherwise the bolt gets stuck and you have to pull the door securely shut (even though it’s still locked!?!?) and try your code again.I like that it will lock automatically after 3 minutes, which is peace of mind if you have kids using it.The biggest pet peeve I have with this thing is the fit on the door. Before, we had the standard builder-grade circular door knob. The Eufy box is beveled or curved when it reaches the door, so there’s a GAP IN THE METAL OF THE DOOR. I really wish they wouldn’t have curved the back edge of the box, or at the very least provided a matte black washer to cover the gap in the door behind the box.
I’m generally satisfied with the performance of this smart lock. The camera and doorbell work well, and the overall design is convenient. However, my experience with customer support was very different from what many mainland reviewers describe, and Hawaii residents should be aware of a few important limitations.I had an issue where the fingerprint worked perfectly right after registration, but then became unreliable a few days later. After several rounds of troubleshooting with customer support, they eventually offered a replacement - only to inform me that they cannot ship replacements to Hawaii because there is no service center here. This is something Hawaii customers should know before purchasing.Through trial and error, I also learned that the fingerprint sensor doesn’t read well when my fingers are dry. Breathing lightly on my finger before using the sensor increases the success rate significantly.Another limitation for Hawaii residents is that additional batteries cannot be shipped here, which makes long‑term maintenance more complicated.Overall, the product itself works well, but the support and replacement restrictions for Hawaii are a major consideration. Mainland customers may not experience these issues, but Hawaii residents should be prepared for limited service options.
