I’ve had this baby monitor for a few months now. I got it because I wanted one that wouldn’t go out when the electricity goes out and this works flawlessly for that. Love that it records if something happens and I want to go back to review footage although that can be a little glitchy sometimes to navigate. There is also a high pitched sound that comes from the monitor if it is turned all the way up, even though you don’t hear that if you’re in the child’s room. I don’t need the volume all the way up though so it’s not a big deal for me. Overall a great monitor for the pricepoint!
Excelente lo vengo usando por 1 año y no tengo ningún problema es bien útil, ya que se puede usar sin enchufa y si aguanta varias horas
Amazing customer service, my unit stopped working for some reason it wouldn’t hold charge. I contacted customer service which was AI chat based to begin with. It worked fantastic found my order based on the details. Then switched me to a real person who immediately sent a product replacement for me.I love that this comes with the app as well so if I forget the monitor or it’s dead I can easily log into my phone. It also pairs well with the eufy smart sock and shows all the details in one spot on the app heart rate etc. Great product.
The quality of the video is incredible. The connection is also so great - our old baby monitor wouldn't reach our bedroomAnd this one goes all the way outside and more! So happy with this.
