Instructions were relatively easy. Doorbell camera is an add on that requires base equipment and can be costly if you want dual cameras. Haven't had it long so cannot comment on durability. Cameras look fine. Locations for mounting should be reviewed to get optimum quality.
I gave this 5 stars as it was easy to set up, connect to the s380 Homebase. I'm still learning about EUFY products. The app is the big thing as it's hard to figure out.
I love this video doorbell, it was super easy to connect to our existing wiring. We just needed to buy a new mounting plate, that worked with vinyl walling. It all worked out perfecting and it connected easily to the doorbell. The app allows you to turn on/off the door bell noise indoors. It connects to Alexa easily, and you can set up alerts for packages and people. The video is very clear, day or night.
