Too soon to know how long it will last but my other Nebula 4k still works after 4 years of daily use. The X1 has amazing brightness and clarity. I didn't tell people that I replaced the projector and everyone immediately noticed the difference and commented on it.Overall I'm very happy with the purchase. One negative feature is that it does not automatically detect active HDMI ports and switch to them. It will power on from a HDMI port going active but NOT switch to it.
Loving this projector. It's perfect for our little movie room we set up in the basement. The images are so vivid and crisp on the large screen. Really impressed. Totally recommend!
Editing this review due to customer service. I was sent a projector that was intended for Turkey. Customer service fixed the situation and sent a new one quickly. The projector itself is very bright, sharp and has great dynamic range. Yes it has rainbow effect due to the technology as do the other DLP projectors, but I consider it very minor and much, much improved over DLP projectors of the past - It's virtually unnoticeable. Even with that present, I consider this projector to be superior in every way to every conventional light source projector I've had.
Easy to use and the picture is clear and very bright, usable during the daytime.
The details and brightness of image is satisfactory.
