LOUDFirst it empties the dust bin, and you're like "holy crap that's loud"But then it says "hold my beer" and empties the dirty water bin EVEN LOUDER.The robot itself is pretty quiet though, so if you put the base station away from the bedrooms you'll be fine. Plus the app has a so not disturb setting that come pre-programmed from 11pm to 8am.
Love it !!! Clean every corner of the house
Super quiet, better than my $1500 Romba by far!!!!
Solid performance and good obstacle detection. The hand vacuum is a huge plus if you have dogs
I’ve had my E28 for about 7 months now. I can say it’s a great product, overall- the amount of features it has puts it in a class of its own. Not only that, but they all are well-engineered features that actually work fairly well. It’s product that doesn’t necessarily do everything perfectly, but still well above average. That being said, I did have an issue early on with the mop feature was leaving dirty water streaks behind as it cleaned, which was linked to a design defect with the dirty water tank. Eufy customer service soon after issued a message to all customers stating that they would be sending a revised design water tank to all affected customers, free of charge. All they asked is that customers call the support line to state the issue and to provide shipping info for the part. Major credit to the support team, customer service has been great. The app is easy enough to navigate, I particularly like that I can add a floor to the saved maps, then manually move the robot to the second and simply hit “clean”, although for it to work properly the right steps must be taken. It’s fairly easy to set things like no-go/no-mop zones, mark walls and the mapping is very good. The biggest gripe I have is the loudness of the auto empty system, but that’s hardly an issue, as the cleaning schedule occurs while I’m at work. It cleans okay on carpet, but it does leave behind some pet hairs in the fibers. It’s obvious the robot is better suited for hard surfaces. If you are looking for the best robot vacuum specifically optimized for pet hair, this is not it. Everything it does, it does well enough to be worth buying, in my opinion.
