Love love love this charger. The company who made it clearly listens to its customers. I use it for travel and I throw it in the bag. When I get to the hotel I set it up and I can charge both my phone and my headset with both retractable cables. I seen some idiot state that he doubts the quality of the retractable cables and the use of the product if it fails, first off, they have the same retractable cables as one of their premium portable power Banks and I have that power bank. Although really small and thin cable, I used it constantly with rough abuse and it still is in great condition. Second off, let's just say there is an issue with one of the cables, if it starts to look like it may fail you could always continue to use it as I plug in charger where you plug in a USB cable into the device instead of using the retractable cables. But I seriously doubt that you will ever have an issue. I seriously don't know how you could improve this product, maybe if I had something I could barely charge it would be cool if you could add a wireless charger in it but I don't have a wireless charging need. I guess it would be cool if there was a way you could make the retractable cables longer but that's a nice to have. Sometimes I like to charge my phone while using it in bed. I am really trying to nitpick this device for an honest review but it just works. I have paid a lot more for chargers that are 1/3 the usefulness of this one. It may be weird to read a passionate review of a phone charger but anything that makes my life easier is worth celebrating. Being forced to carry multiple cables to charge multiple different things and carry it from hotel to hotel is so annoying. This helps.
