They arrived all together with everything included. These are my favorite earphones, everytime I break one, I just buy the same one again. The quality of the audio is perfect, and the build is decent. It will say that the case is loose, so I don't recommend going on a roller-coaster with it.These are incredibly comfortable to wear. I have fallen asleep with them in thousands of times. They connect instantly, so I never have to wait around. I bring these to every activity I do, including the gym. I can run full speed on the treadmill and they won't fall out of my ears! Very well designed for exercising. I also like that it comes with some different ear pieces, standard but appreciated. The hook is also adjustable, so I can fit the left earphone in my right ear if I want to! They charge very fast as well, and the battery life is amazing.
They might not be the strongest NC earbuds, but they definitely have a good amount of noise cancelationBut most importantly, for earbuds with an ear hook so they stay in place this are the smales in ear ear buds ive seenExcellent feature that lets you configure the button acttions unlike 200$+ options

THE BEST. I bought these so long ago, I'm a residential house painter and I kept dropping AirPods into my paint so I needed a solution. Bought these on a whim about three years ago now and I adore them. Now they are kinda falling apart (mind you I use them 8hours a day 5x a week minimum) but the sound hasn't changed, just one of the buttons chipped, the earbud structural pieces had to be Gorilla glued back on and to charge they need some jiggling (idk why I'm putting off buying new ones ok lol). The one thing is I don't think they're that good with is phone calls. I've heard from my family a few times that they can hear what's going on around me pretty easily, over my voice most of the time. But if it's silent they work fine in that regard. The noise cancelling for my own ears is decent as well (painting isn't too loud per-se but I encounter it enough).So yeah, if you need some reasonably priced headphones that stay on your ears through literally anything, these are them!
