My initial unit didn’t hold up as well as I expected! Most of the material on the thumb print sensor has peeled off. I don’t know if it’s from direct sun exposure but regardless it lasted less than 1 year before it happened.The great news is Eufy customer service and warranty were exceptional! Proof of purchase was provided and the product was replaced in 2 days. I believe this is exceptional for today’s companies that do everything in their power to frustrate and deny you. I’ll be a lifelong customer and prefer to reward companies that still care about the customer.
The eufy Security Smart Lock C33 has been a really solid purchase overall. Installation was straightforward, and the keypad and app setup were surprisingly easy to get working. I like having multiple ways to unlock the door, and the fingerprint reader is fast and accurate most of the time. The app controls are convenient too, especially for checking lock status and giving temporary access codes to guests or family members.The build quality feels sturdy and modern, and the lock looks great on the door without being bulky. Battery life has also been very good so far, which is important for a smart lock. The auto-lock feature gives extra peace of mind when leaving the house.A few small things could be improved, like the app occasionally taking a second to connect, but nothing major enough to take away from the experience. Overall, the eufy Security Smart Lock C33 is a dependable, easy-to-use smart lock that offers great features for the price, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their home security.

Even though the product was out of the standard 90-day refurbished warranty, Eufy's customer service was incredibly responsible. They recognized the issue and offered a full refund without any hassle. While the specific unit had a fault, the company proved they are reliable and take care of their customers. I would trust buying from them again based on this experience.
