These are good locks that I all had rekeyed so that all of them use the same key. Easy to install and use. Had an issue with it going through batteries but called customer service and it seems to be working better with an update. Another issue we are running into is we have some set at auto lock. You can only set it for 3 min max before the auto lock. It would be nice you could set it for a longer time.
I don’t use any fingerprint recognition but the passcode or unlock via app is very convenient. It connects to the app and WiFi easily and is simple to set up. Looks sleek and we’re received compliments on it.

We’ve purchased two of these and are quite happy. The only struggles installing were due to the age of our home - the bolt is larger than our old locks and requires some additional wood to be chiseled out of the door jamb to allow proper function. Not the locks fault and makes me feel like it is a better quality lock, just wanted to call that out.Integrated seamlessly with the eufy home app. We love being able to unlock the door from the car when we’ll have groceries or something, or when it is raining so you don’t have to stand outside any longer than needed. Also allows remote unlocking - a family member stopped by the house when we were at work and we could simply lock and unlock for them from another city. Comes with physical keys as well so you have a backup.For the door that gets the most use, the batteries last a few months and you have tons of notice when it is time to replace them. Have never had an issue where we were locked out because the battery died, and even if you did you still have the physical keys. You can set up to 8 digits for the code, which I like. The buttons have held up well and the locks still look good a year later after install.
