This is by far the best camera it has a clear live picture 24 hours a day with no subscription and it also alerts you when anything moves lasts long time between charges. If you’re looking for a camera buy this one first you’ll keep it for sure
Great little camera!Features I like are:- No subscription! (Get an SD card)- You can talk through it- Has a light + sound alarm- You can set safe zones- Set privacy zone (black out)- Easy set upA single charge has lasted 2 months and counting, if I had to guess it’ll last close to 3.5 or 4. I have it on optimal battery settings. Setup was quite easy and painless, I was worried since some reviews had issues, but it was simple. The only cons I’ve noticed as far is:- a bit laggy here and there- you can only set 2 zones for active detection,so if you have a weird shaped area or X-Large you might need a 2nd camera. Still pretty good area coverage in general.I’d say this is probably your best bet for no subscription cameras!
This camera works well enough that I kept it unlike 2 other brands that I returned because their connection was unreliable, even with a very strong WiFi signal. It does have one limitation though. If you mount it where it's difficult to take down and charge every couple of months, you're going to want to power it. We live in an apartment where solar is not an option (tried it, not enough sun). So I powered it from inside with a USB cable I made and put through a hole at the top corner of a window. Alexa runs a routine twice a month to turn the charger on. Another problem for me was that its ball socket mount has limited motion range, so I could not point the camera almost straight down. That forced me to shim the mount to achieve that.
Great for spotting our pheral cat population.
As advertised. Compact easy to use
