They say that these are solar powered. But be prepared to take them down to charge them. Other than that the app is glitchy downloading the videos to the iPad. Sometimes you have to go back a day and then back to the present day to see the new days videos. They are made well. And easy enough to install.
Worked great, need to ensure good sunlight for solar panel to get a full charge in the winter. No subscription required
I bought these to use in Jamaica and they work perfectly. It holds charge very long, records and shows very clearly. If you're looking to tighten up security, this the camera for you. Awesome cameras !!
