UPDATE: Eufy/Anker team reached out to me to address my concerns and offer me alternative options! I will be upgrading my review from 3 stars to 5 stars entirely based on their most kind and considerate customer service. I am glad that I continue to choose Eufy/Anker products. I have now got the E28 and am extremely satisfied with that product.Earlier review: This is a little overpriced. Our other eufy from 2022 has better suction than this one. Good product, but very expensive for its performance.
I’ve had a few robots in the past three years and this one has had the best performance so far …. It’s been only few weeks but literally no complaints at all … I highly recommend this Vacuum :)
Great customer service! My Eufy S1 Pro had an issue, and the company quickly replaced it under warranty with no hassle. The process was smooth, and their support team was responsive and professional. Really impressed with how they stand behind their product. Highly recommend both the product and the brand!
I am very pleased with this vacuum/mop so far! It uses an always clean roller mop - that is the future of mop cleaning, quite frankly and has excellent obstacle avoidance. My only complaint is that you cannot tell it to "clean the kitchen" or "celan the hallway", like I could with my Roborock. This seems to be a shortcoming with the APPs integration with Google (or Alexa). Please fix this and I will give you the extra star!
After a year of daily use it remains in good condition. Convenient to use with the app, good cleaning on average settings (great on max settings) and easy to maintain. With medium suction and scrubbing it regularly leaves small clumps of hair along its path in every room. This isn't an issue on maximum suction and deep scrubbing with double passes. It also leaks a bit of water when going over thresholds. Water filter clogs easily and needs to be cleaned weekly. Haven't had to replace any component yet and the cleaner solution is still a third full.
