doesn’t work. i can’t even charge my phone with it. i need a refund or a new one please

Kind of unbelievable how slim this is. I have a 10000mAh Anker battery block I bought a couple years ago and that is about 5 times the size of this. It does charge a little slow, but it's so convenient to have such a small battery pack you can easily carry around. Even though it's thing and light the quality still feels solid.
This is a great and extremely portable power bank. I usually charge it via a USB-C cable while attached to the back of the phone, but even when wirelessly charge it works well and doesn't overheat my phone. 10/10 recommendation
haven't seen how many charges are in it. but its small and light, and wireless. I like it.
